Sprint review is an event held at the end of the Sprint, timeboxed to 2 hours for a 2 weeks sprint. During the event, the entire Scrum team reviews the work completed in the sprint and the planned but not completed work, demonstrates the completed work to the stakeholders, receives feedback, updates the product backlog and collaborates on what to do next.
Sprint Demo
The Product owner invites the stakeholders to the Sprint Review and explains what Product backlog items have been done and what has not been done. The team demonstrates the working software increment to the stakeholders, discusses the current Product backlog and reviews the release plan based on the progress made.
Sprint Review agenda
During the Sprint Review the developers discuss what went well during the Sprint, what problems they ran into and how were they solved, demonstrate the completed work and answer questions about the product increment created.
All participants review the potential changes in market or use of the product in order to determine the most valuable thing to do next, review the product roadmap, potential features for the next delivery dates and build the input for the next Sprint Planning by collaborating on what to do next.
